Columbia Basin Helicopters, Inc. owns and operates three (3) Bell UH1H helicopters, one (1) Hiller 12E Soloy helicopter, and one (1) Bell OH-58A helicopter. The Bell UH1H helicopters have several performance enhancing modifications including the left seat certified long line bubble door with gauges, the tail boom strake kit, fast fin, and composite blades. Our Bell UH1H helicopters are U.S. Forest Service and Office of Aircraft Services approved and certified.

Ancillary Equipment for the Bell UH1H helicopters: Simplex spray tanks (Belly mounted), Isolair fertizer/ seeding buckets (80 cubic feet capacity), Isolair fire fighting tank (323 gallon capacity) with snorkel, Torrentula bambi buckets, aluminum concrete/rock buckets, and carousel hooks.

Ancillary Equipment for the Hiller 12E Soloy and Bell OH-58A helicopters: Simplex spray tanks, Simplex fertilizer buckets (hydraulic), DGPS SATLOC swath guidance system with light bar and moving map.

Fixed wing support aircraft: Cessna 182, Compair SL7 (turbine), Citabria 7GCBC

Columbia Basin Helicopters, Inc. operates from two separate facilities, one near Hermiston, Oregon the second near Baker City, Oregon.
